Supervision and Usage:
• Adult supervision is always required in a sensory space and when using equipment.
• Sensory rooms should be used at predictable times that are scheduled into the individual’s day.
• The space should not be used as a reward or for managing behavior.
• Individuals should be given choices in the sensory space.
